The new Spider ST1 Mesh intercom is an innovative product of high quality and reliability.
Mesh is a term that indicates a Wi-Fi network created by certain types of devices (like this intercom), much faster and with a much wider range than simple Bluetooth.
This means that the Spider ST1 Mesh intercoms are able to connect to each other even hundreds of meters away thanks to two connection modes: Group Mesh Intercom and Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom.
With Group Mesh, users create a private group that supports up to 24 riders within a radius of up to 8km (min. 6 riders at 1.6km intervals). Users are invited into the Group Mesh, in order to have more control and privacy.
Multi-Channel Open Mesh will allow you to communicate with a practically unlimited number of Mesh network participants within a range of up to 8 km.
Open Mesh also has multi-channel options: with nine frequencies available, you can switch between channels and talk to different groups of riders connected to the Mesh.

This intercom uses Bluetooth technology to connect to devices close to you (satellite navigator, mobile phone for listening to music and phone calls) and Mesh Intercom 2.0 technology to talk to other riders, enjoying a better user experience: it's more easy to select the functions and connect, thanks to the selection wheel and the mesh intercom is more flexible and performing than Bluetooth, allowing chats with your passenger or with members of the group of motorcyclists with whom you went out.
